07/26/2010: New merged Support Centre website, MyWebHostSupport.com, built and implemented for Miditech.com (our small business division) and AtomicNorth.com (our corporate division).
- Our new trouble ticket system is now operational. To request support please use the Submit A Ticket link on the left of this page. Customers can register for a ticket system account, or just submit tickets when needed. You should receive an autoresponse informing you of a ticket ID number.
- A new Knowledgebase and Troubleshooter is being added to our new support centre site. We will be adding more articles and troubleshooters and build this resource over time.
- News & News Subcriptions. Customers can now keep up to date on news with our company, including network news. If customers wish to do so they can also subscribe to the news feeds.
